I usually don’t go out of my way to write reviews, but Hedgie Productions deserves the recognition. I’ve used a lot of props over the years – some good, some not-so-good – and I can confidently say these are high end film fighting weapons. The TPU weapons Hedgie produces are just dialed. They’ve got that rare balance of being lightweight without losing that solid feel. There’s a stiff inner skeleton that gives them the structure and realism you need for full speed choreo, but the edges are soft enough that you can go hard without worrying about your partner’s well being. It’s the kind of gear that let’s you move confidently and sell the action without second-guessing the safety or look.

And honestly, what really sets this apart is Heather. Her care, her attention to detail, her ability to actually listen to what you need and then deliver it – on time, on budget, with excellence. It’s rare to find someone who not only understands the technical side of the build but also respects what we’re trying to accomplish on set. She nails it every time.
